When you register, we collect your company name, contact name, phone number, MC/DOT number, and email address. We also collect bid data (load numbers, offer amounts, notes) and documents you upload to your Document Vault.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your carrier credentials and approve your account
• To facilitate bidding and load matching on the Platform
• To send transactional emails (bid status, load alerts, account notifications)
• To improve the Platform and detect fraud

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (authentication, database, email delivery) and only to the extent required for those services.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and bid history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us through the Platform.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save your preferences (dark mode, saved loads). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

6. Security

Your data is stored using Supabase with authentication and access controls. Documents are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets accessible only to you and authorized admins.

7. Your Rights

You may update or delete your profile information at any time through the Profile page. To request full account deletion, contact us through the Platform.
