1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using the American AI Marketplace ("AIM", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be a licensed carrier with a valid MC or DOT number to submit bids. Accounts are subject to admin approval before bidding privileges are granted.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Bidding & Marketplace Rules

• All bids submitted are binding commitments. Retracting a bid after award may result in account suspension.
• Submitting false or misleading bid information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• AIM charges a 5% marketplace fee on awarded loads, invoiced separately.
• Awarded carriers must complete the load as specified; failure may result in account suspension.

5. Document Uploads

By uploading documents (MC certificate, insurance, etc.) to your Document Vault, you grant AIM the right to use them solely for the purpose of carrier verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIM is a technology marketplace and is not a freight broker, carrier, or shipper. AIM is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the transportation services arranged through the Platform.

7. Termination

AIM reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity, at its sole discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

AIM may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
